I am trying to use FTP component to transfer file from one folder to another folder.

Please refer the attached screenshot for the FTP configuration.

I am also getting the below exception. Please let me know how to resolve this

Could you try to connect the server using a ftp client?
I guess ftpd is not runing or firewall doesn't allow to connect.
